Bed and Bay was a great place to stay. I really enjoyed its proximity to the beach, the hospitality, and the accomodation. Would definitely stay here again.

We thought this was a great find our first stay, but our seond time back just confirmed it. It is truely the best place to stay in San Diego! John is wonderful, and the location is unbeatable. I tell my friends about this place, but only the ones I would want to share the space with, because I dont want it to become so popular we wont be able to stay next year, hah! See ya next summer/fall!

This hotel is different from the others. Romantic, european interior and spirit. It has perfect location - you are very close to the beaches, freeways, pubs, cousines etc. If you need a lot of fresh ocean air, beaches, to have rest and fun - his hotel is for you. You were a wonderful marketing person on this vacation rental! We found it easy and were welcomed by you and several of your International guests! We loved the Captains Room and the clean atmosphere of your home steps to the beach! But most of all, I have always wanted to stay in an older home and experience the charm of a 1928 home, it was quaint and truly an experience!

So wonderful to see this charming place in the neighborhood, thanks for all your work, it looks great and the place is a delight to see.

I stayed at your Inn the last week of February and I found your property to be exactly what I was looking for. What a great atmosphere! Very close to public transportation, the beaches and several restaurants and shopping places. The fact that there was a kitchen allowed me to save myself some money eating out. You were a great host, very welcoming and helpful. I was an innkeeper for three years and know how difficult it sometimes can be to keep everything running smoothly and you do a fantastic job! Very happy that we stumbled upon this little gem! Very comfortable and so nice not to have to jump in the car to go places. I think being 'perched' on the porch was our favorite pasttime.
